Build to Present at Sustainability Conference in Vancouver on March 7, 2007 MacKay & Sposito, Inc., along with partners; Clark Public Utilities,
Northwest Natural, Energy Star and Earch Advantage is pleased to annnounce the second symposium in
the Sustainable From the Ground Up series. Brandon Tauscher, with the non-profit organization
Project Green Build, will educate and encourage you on the subjects of owner operating cost benefits
as well as the supply-side knowledge necessary in providing for the public demand of green built

usage in 2006-07 while offsetting electricity usage in the new construction of its homes. eMission Solutions, a division of Green Mountain Energy Company, donated 50 megawatt hours of
